Instructions for Installing QuickTime Viewer

1.  Go to http://www.quicktime.com

2.  Click the button

3.  Select an option for downloading

4.  Choose if you want to submit an email address or receive newsletters.

5.  Click the button

6.  Save the QuickTimeInstaller.exe file

7.  Run the program to install QuickTime on your computer

8.  When program is installed, restart your computer.

9.  You should be able to watch QuickTime videos with your browser

Instructions for Watching QuickTime Videos

There are two options for watching the videos.

Option 1 - Download and Watch

1.  After the QuickTime program is installed, go to the WUAS Video Page at http://www.wake-up.org/Videos/Flash.htm

2.  Select the "MP4" file that you wish to view

3.  Click on the MP4 link

4.  A new web page will open with a on the screen or a download box will appear showing download progress

5.  Wait for the video file to download to your computer and the video will begin automatically.

6.  The file will take about 10-15 minutes to download if you have a high speed connection

Option 2 - Download and Save for Later Viewing

If you do not want to waste time waiting for the video to download, you can save the video to a file on your computer and watch the video later.

1.  Go to the WUAS Video Page at http://www.wake-up.org/Videos/Flash.htm

2.  Select the "MP4" file that you wish to view

3.  Right click your mouse on the file.

4.  Choose "Save Link as" or "Save Target as"

5.  Choose the file location where you wish to save the file

6.  Run the "QuickTime Player" program

7.  Select "File" and then "Open File"

8.  Choose the file you have previously saved and watch the video
